i started this little hat on friday, january 16th (dad's birthday!) and finished it just about an hour ago. :]

i've been listening to "reunion tour" a lot, and john k samson is my life. so this song "utilities" my favorite right now and i thought i'd post it.

i made mike a hat for christmas. he got me a bust of woody guthrie. <3

heart it races.

so i'm done with this, but that's mike's hat in the process (and our christmas tree in the background). i might put a picture up eventually. maybe of him wearing it. i started it... monday, dec. 15 and finished the 17th. i screwed up and had to take a lot out but it's good now. i hope. i hope it fits his huge head.

that is a scarf i made for elizabeth cusanelli. i hope she likes it. it was fun to make, because i've never used yarn like that before. or a pattern like that before. joy is modeling it. :]

vacation?

i never update, that makes me sad. so here's my update: i met a boy and he's incredible. thank you, jesus, for giving me someone i do not deserve in the least, and making me so happy already. and for real happy. it's an amazing feeling that i thought i should document somewhere. <3

oh, and i finished a hat. i totally made up the pattern. pictures will follow, sometime.
